When I went in, I was taken aback at how peaceful it is; they have wonderful staff there. They genuinely care about you and your health. I did the IV treatment. When they take you to the back to receive treatment, the ambiance is so calming, with the lights at a perfect level. It's hard to explain, but the rooms are spotless, and Caitlin is very knowledgeable, really preparing you for the process. I highly suggest having a therapy session afterward; it was helpful for me. Ramya is a wonderful therapist and was very easy to talk to. I can say that, for me, the process was a success. I haven’t felt this well in a long time and appreciate everyone so much.
